The BIC 4 Colours Counter Pen is a professional writing instrument that comes with a sturdy 229 g base. It is refillable and uniquely supplied with 4 blue ink cartridges, so it is just perfect for filling in official documents. It is certified with the NF Environment eco-label and lasts for an extra-long time (average of 2 km for each cartridge for a total of 8 km). This box contains one pen.
