Description
The Track and Trace log book is designed to maintain accurate records of staff, customers and visitors attending business premises in support of the government NHS Test and Trace guidelines. By adhering to these guidelines, the business owner or trained staff member can accurately and responsibly log individual details to maintain records of arrival/departure times, contact number, staff members they are seeing and number within their visiting group.
Satin finish 300gsm card cover with 32 pages of 80gsm paper, pre-printed on each side with a design template for track and trace purposes. Log book designed for easier disposal, allowing it to be securely destroyed in a response manner (eg, shredding). Supplied with user instructions and guidance on collecting data specific for NHS Test and Trace to support public health and safety.
