Under normal use and storage our Office Depot cartridges are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and can be used with absolute confidence as a replacement for the product originally supplied by your printer manufacturer.

Office Depot products have been released for sale after considerable research and development and the testing of component parts, workmanship, page yield and resonance. Our experience shows that problems generally occur with cartridges when they have been incorrectly used. If you suspect that your cartridge is in any way related to an equipment malfunction please advise us immediately in order for us to effect the guarantee procedures supporting this product.
